"Once again we called Bronson Overhead Doors in an emergency situation and they were here within the day. It was 30 degrees outside with sleet, ice and then rain on the way later that night. The garage door hasdcome off it's track and could not be closed. Thus the door would have remained up during the cold, icy weather. Bronson Door arrived before the bad weather came, repaired the door and all was well. Our experience has been they are prompt, know what they are doing and great to work with. We recommend them highly. Thanks for coming to our rescue, again. We would not call anyone else!"

"This company is top notch. They went over and above the call of duty in helping us. I called after hours because my spring broke on our garage door and we couldn't get it raised. I had a pre surgery doctor appt the next morning. Even though they were booked solid and had to work out of town that following day, they left early to come to our home and take care of our repair needs. Its gratifying to know they put customer service at the top of their priorities. I highly endorse and recommend Bronson."
