I contacted Bronson Door in early January and asked for them to take a look at it since more often than not, the door wouldn’t go up. Someone was able to come out within a couple weeks and the day after they came out, it was fixed! I didn’t have to buy a new garage door, they didn’t upsell on things I didn’t need, and the fix they did has made opening and closing the door so much easier and quieter! Their pricing is extremely reasonable, service was so fast, and every tech I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I’d highly recommend them!"
